Saturday 15th March 2025 - Catalan Based Willow Baskets for Beginners -

The Catalan base is worked on a hoop and you'll be able to make a round or oval basket on this one day course.

We'll have willows in a variety of bark colours and you'll be able to combine different weaves for the sides, and complete your basket with a rod or trac border.

The course is held at my workshop at GRIT Studios in Stockport, a collective of makers and artists.

Course fee includes all materials and all tools are provided. It's suitable for beginners and those with previous experience.

The course is 9.30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
